Managing Director’s Executive Services Agreement

Intra Energy Corporation Limited (Company) is pleased to advise that it has formalised an executive services agreement with its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Ben Dunn.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, a summary of the material terms of Mr Dunn’s executive services agreement is as follows:

• a salary component of $216,000 per annum (exclusive of superannuation);

• director fee component of $4,000 per month (exclusive of superannuation);

• a long-term incentive subject to approval by shareholders at a general meeting of the company (comprising 30,000,000 performance rights subject to share price and operational performance hurdles).

• The agreement can be terminated by the Company or Mr Dunn on 3 months' notice.

Mr Dunn currently resides in Singapore, but will relocate permanently to Australia in the second half of this year.
