Change in Company Secretary

Intra Energy Corporation (ASX:IEC) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Rozanna Lee has resigned from the role of Company Secretary with immediate effect. The Board acknowledges and thanks Rozanna for her service and contribution to Company over the last few years.

IEC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Rosagro as Company Secretary with effect from 7 October 2021.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, IEC wishes to confirm that Jack Rosagro is the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX. The changes are effective immediately.
