Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Intra Energy Corporation (ASX:IEC) advises that Mr David Mason has resigned from the Board of Directors of IEC due to his appointment as Managing Director of another resources company to prevent any conflict of interest.

The Board thanks Mr Mason for his invaluable assistance in developing IEC and the Ngaka coal field in Tanzania.
