Changes to Board of Directors

Intra Energy Corporation Limited (ASX: IEC) advises that Mr Gideon Nasari has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The Chairman of IEC, Graeme Robertson, commented,

“Over the past two years Gideon has made a very valuable and important contribution as a Non-Executive Director to the Board and we wish him all the best in his retirement from the National Development Corporation of Tanzania”.

The Board wishes to acknowledge the significant contribution made by Mr Nasari during his tenure as NonExecutive Director and as member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr Nasari will remain on the Board of IEC’s subsidiary in Tanzania, Tancoal Energy Limited.

IEC further advises that Mr David Mason has resigned from his position as Executive Director – Exploration and Development, however will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
