Resignation of Director

Intra Energy Corporation Limited (ASX: IEC) wishes to advise that Mr. Clive Hartz has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The Board wishes to acknowledge the significant contribution made by Clive during his tenure as Director of the Company. He was the founding director of Atomic Resources Limited (now IEC) and played an instrumental role in the expansion and development of the Company. Clive served as Chairman from March 2007 until November 2010 and as Deputy Chairman until July 2012.
