Resignation of Director

Intra Energy Corporation Limited (ASX: IEC) advises that Dr Francis Lung has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The Chairman of IEC, Graeme Robertson, commented,

“Over the past year Francis has made a very valuable and important contribution as a Non-Executive Director to the Board. We understand that he wishes to focus his time solely on his private interests”.

The Board wishes to acknowledge the significant contribution made by Dr Lung during his tenure as Non-Executive Director and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
