Date of Annual General Meeting and Closing date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Intra Energy Corporation Limited (ASX: IEC) (Company) announces that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 17 November 2021.

In accordance with Clause 13.3 of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 5 October 2021. Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 5 October 2021.
