Annual General Meeting 2021

Dear Shareholder,

Intra Energy Corporation ( IEC or Company ) is scheduled to hold its Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) at 4pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 17 November 2021 . Having regard to current distancing requirements and travel restrictions, the 2021 AGM will be conducted as a virtual meeting.

You will be able to participate in the AGM regardless of your location by simply logging in to https://agmlive.link/IEC21. Refer to our AGM page for further details.

The virtual AGM will provide you with similar opportunities online as you would have attending the AGM in person. You will be able to listen to presentations from me and our Managing Director and CEO, Jim Shedd, as well as submit questions and vote.

Notice of Meeting

The Notice of Meeting will be released online and emailed to shareholders on Monday, 18 October 2021 . In accordance with the continuing relief provided by the Federal Treasurer in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, IEC will not be mailing hard copies of the Notice of Meeting by post.

You will find all the information you need to attend the meeting, including how to use our online platform, instructions on how to vote online, and instructions on how to ask a question online ahead of the AGM.

Shareholder emails

Receiving our shareholder communications electronically is not only the best way to stay informed and keep in touch about your IEC shareholding, it also significantly reduces the volume of paper used in the production of shareholder mailings. We would strongly encourage you to take this opportunity to switch to paperless communications.

If you become an electronic shareholder by Wednesday, 13 October 2021, we will be able to send you an email as soon as the Notice of Meeting and Annual Report are available online. This email will also include your personalised shareholder link to the latest details on our 2021 AGM, including instructions on how to participate, ask questions and vote.
