Dear Shareholder

POSTPONEMENT OF 2013 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

The Directors of Intra Energy Corporation Limited (ASX:IEC) hereby give notice, pursuant to section 11.2 of the Company’s constitution, that both the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 11 am and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 11.30 am on Tuesday 29 October 2013 at KPMG, Level 15, 10 Shelley Street Sydney NSW will be postponed.

The meetings have been postponed as the Company continues to;

• advance the joint venture development partner process for both Project Ngaka (225MW gross mine mouth coal fired power station) and Project Pamodzi (120MW coal fired power station), and,

• expand its mining and logistics operations,

and believes it is prudent to defer the meetings as there may be the need for additional resolutions to be put to the General Meeting. Deferring the General Meeting prevents the possibility for the need for two General Meetings in a short period of time.

The Company continues to be satisfied with the progress being made for both power projects.

The Annual General Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting have been postponed to 2 pm and 2.30 pm respectively on Monday 25 November 2013. The venue of both meetings will remain at the same address.

Proxies already cast in relation to both meetings remain valid unless withdrawn prior to either meeting.
