This major shareholders announcement regarding Brødrene Hartmann A/S, CVR no. 63 04 96 11, Ørnegårdsvej 18, DK-2820 Gentofte, is made according to the Danish Securities Act section 29, cf. executive order no. 224 of 10 March 2010 on major shareholders and the Danish Companies Act section 55, cf. section 56.
Lactosan-Sanovo Holding A/S, Thornico-koncernen and Thor Stadil have announced that as of 29 December 2011, they hold a total of 2,341,304 shares with a nominal value of DKK 20 in Brødrene Hartmann A/S equivalent to 33.37% of the share capital and the corresponding number of voting rights.
