Hartmann's board of directors proposes election of Jan Klarskov Henriksen

Head Office Head Office After 12 years on the board of directors, vice chairman Niels Hermansen has decided not to seek re-election at the general meeting to be held on 18 April 2018. Hartmann's board of directors has decided to propose to the shareholders that Jan Klarskov Henriksen be elected new member of the board at the same occasion.

Manage ment Jan Klarskov Henriksen, 1965, has served as CEO of Aviagen Broiler Breeding Group Inc., the largest poultry genetic company in the world with headquarters in Alabama, US, manufacturing in 28 countries, offices across 32 countries and 4,000 employees.

Office Head Office Head Office Jan Klarskov Henriksen has extensive international management experience from the food industry and special competencies within sales and marketing in the poultry and egg sectors from former CEO positions at Lantmännen Unibake Holding A/S (2012-2014), Lantmännen Kronfågel Holding AB (2009-2012) and Danæg a.m.b.a. (2005-2008), respectively. Jan Klarskov Henriksen furthermore serves as chairman of the board of food trading company BPI A/S and member of the board of Prime Food Sp. Z o.o., Poland.
