Claus Frees Sørensen appointed CFO of Brødrene Hartmann A/S

Brødrene Hartmann A/S has appointed Claus Frees Sørensen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Claus Frees Sørensen will become a member of the Group's Executive Board and will join Hartmann on 1 August 2010 at the latest.

Claus Frees Sørensen will take over from Tom Wrensted, who informed Hartmann in January 2010 of his decision to resign and take up a position as CFO of GEA Process Engineering (company announcement no. 1/2010 of 5 January 2010).

Claus Frees Sørensen, 51, comes from a position as Executive Vice President, Finance of Fritz Hansen A/S, where over the past 11 years he has played a key role in the strategic development of the company, focusing on finance and IT.
