Bravida assumes the acquisition of electricity and security company Electi El

On June 1, Bravida acquired Electi EL and Electi Service AB in Malmö, Sweden. The companies strengthen Bravida´s offering in the region.

Electi El and Electi Service is the sixth add-on acquisition Bravida has closed in 2015 so far. Since January, the Group has strengthened its technology offering within electrical power, heating & plumbing, HVAC, cooling, as well as expanded into Finland, through acquisitions.

Following the strategic entry into Finland and continued strong momentum in the business, Bravida has also started to consider the possibility of a stock exchange listing in the future.
