Bravida Holding AB announce change in the Board of Directors

Ivano Sessa representing Bain Capital has decided to resign as Director of the Board of Bravida Holding AB with immediate effect.

On May 11, 2017 Bain Capital sold their total remaining shareholding in Bravida Holding AB representing approximately 31.4 million shares and 15.5 percent of the votes. Consecutively, Ivano Sessa representing Bain Capital resigns from the Board of Directors for Bravida Holding AB.
