Brave Bison, the social and digital media company, announces that it has today been notified that, following the purchase of 6,216,300 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the vendor placing announced by the Company on 3 February 2023 at a price of 2.3 pence per Ordinary Share, Simon Davies is now beneficially interested in a total of 73,591,300 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 5.72 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
