Director/PDMR Shareholding

Brave Bison, the social and digital media company, announces that it was notified on 18 March 2022 that, following a Tangent Marketing Services Limited ("TMSL") internal reorganisation, 240,416,059 ordinary shares in the Company previously held by TMSL were transferred into the ownership of Greenspan Investments Limited ("GIL") on that same day.

Both TMSL and GIL are entities wholly owned by the Green family and in which Oliver Green, Brave Bison's Executive Chairman, and Theo Green, Brave Bison's Chief Growth Officer, remain beneficially interested.

The notification below, made in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
