Brave Bison notifies that on 26 May 2016 Patrick Walker  resigned as a non-executive director of the Company,  so that he may focus on his newly appointed role as Director of Media Partnerships for Facebook in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Ashley Mackenzie, Chief Executive, commented: "I am grateful to Patrick for his energy and dedication on behalf of our Company and we wish him well in his new role at Facebook".

Patrick Walker commented: "I greatly enjoyed serving as CEO and most recently as a Non-Executive Director for Brave Bison. I leave the business extremely well positioned to capitalise on the explosive growth social media is providing content creators".
