CLARIFICATION OF THE NOTIFICATION ON EXCEEDING THE THRESHOLDS REFERRED TO IN ARTICLE 69 OF THE PUBLIC OFFERING ACT

in reference to the notification, sent 23rd September 2019, hereinafter referred to as "Notification", about the subscription of the shares of Braster S.A., hereinafter referred to as the "Braster" by European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund, hereinafter referred to as the "Fund",

we would like to add and clarify that:

• 1. the subscription of Braster's shares by the Fund, as specified in the Notification, took place on 19th September 2019;
• 1. the notification is done solely on the basis of Art. 69, section 1 (1) of the Public Offering Act and not in connection with Article 87, section 1 (5) and 1 (6) of the Public Offering Act.
