Brambles Limited (Brambles) announces completion of the merger between Kegstar and MicroStar

Brambles refers to its announcement on 10 February 2021 that it had entered into an agreement to combine its Kegstar keg rental business with leading US beer keg solutions provider MicroStar. Brambles announces that, following the necessary regulatory approvals, completion of the transaction took place earlier today.
