The international travel restrictions arising from the COVID19 pandemic will prevent the Brambles Board from holding its usual in person meeting in Sydney to approve the FY21 results. Due to time zone differences arising from the global locations of Brambles’ Directors, the Board (or a Special Committee of the Board) will meet to approve the FY21 results during the late afternoon of 17 August 2021. As a consequence, the FY21 results announcement is expected to be released shortly after the market closes on that day.
