Reference is made to Brambles’ announcement on 17 April 2020 relating to the Chair handover date. Brambles confirms that, effective from today, Mr Stephen Johns has retired as Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of Brambles and that Mr John Mullen has assumed the role of Chairman.
