BRAMBLES LIMITED (BRAMBLES): CHAIR HANDOVER DATE

Reference is made to Brambles’ announcement on 31 October 2019 that, consequent on its current Chairman Stephen Johns’ previous decision to retire during 2020, John Mullen had been appointed as Chairman Elect of the Company and that, following an appropriate handover period, Mr Mullen would assume the role of Chairman prior to the 2020 AGM.

Brambles advises that on 1 July 2020 Mr Johns will retire as Chairman and a NonExecutive Director of the Company and Mr Mullen will commence the role of Brambles’ Chairman.

The release of this announcement was authorised by the Board of Brambles.
