Brainchip founder Peter Van der Made transitions to Non-Executive Director

BrainChip founder Peter Van der Made formally retires from day-to-day operations.

Peter Van der Made will continue to sit on the Board of Directors and Scientific Advisory board.
Sydney- 5 January 2024: BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY), the world’s first commercial producer of ultra-low power, fully digital, neuromorphic AI IP, today formally announced the retirement of founder and ex-CTO Peter Van der Made from day to day operations as indicated in the prior release dated 21[st] November 2023.
Peter will continue to sit on the Board of Directors, while transitioning to a new role as NonExecutive Director. He will be a member of the Scientific Advisory Board and will advise the Company as Technologist Emeritus.
