BrainChip Annual General Meeting and Director Nominations

Sydney – 18 March 2024 - ( BrainChip or the Company )(ASX: BRN, OTCQX: BRCHF, ADR: BCHPY), the world’s first commercial producer of ultra-low power, fully digital, neuromorphic AI IP, advises that its Annual General Meeting will be held on 21 May 2024 at 11:00 am (Sydney time).

In accordance with the Company’s constitution, nominations for election as a director of the Company must be received by the Company not later than 35 business days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting (i.e. by close of business in Sydney on 4 April 2024). Nominations must be in writing and include the nomination and the consent of the individual nominated.

Further details of the meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be distributed to shareholders in due course.
