Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘ Listing Regulations ’), we hereby inform that pursuant to the Investment Agreement dated November 12, 2021, Globalbees Brands Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, has acquired further stake in Cloud Lifestyle Private Limited, a step down subsidiary of the Company.
