This is in furtherance to our intimation dated October 17, 2025 wherein we have informed that pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding dated October 17, 2025 and Share Purchase and Subscription Agreement dated December 15, 2021, Globalbees Brands Private Limited (“ Globalbees ”), a material subsidiary of the Company, has agreed to acquire further stake in Dynamic IT Solution Private Limited, a step down subsidiary of the Company.
In this connection, we hereby further inform that Globalbees has today acquired further stake of 14.91% in Dynamic IT Solution Private Limited from the other shareholders of Dynamic IT Solution Private Limited for the aggregate consideration of INR 1.50 Crore.
Pursuant to the above acquisition, the shareholding of Globalbees in Dynamic IT Solution Private Limited has been increased from 75% to 89.91%.
