Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, inter-alia , to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.

As communicated vide our letter dated December 29, 2025, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2026, and further it shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. till February 15, 2026 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders towards achieving compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
