Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 26, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

As communicated vide our previous letter dated March 26, 2025, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2025, and further it shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. till May 28, 2025 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders towards achieving compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
