In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Mr. Paul Alexander Davison (DIN: 08457025), NonExecutive Director [Nominee of SVF Frog (Cayman) Ltd (“SoftBank”) ] has tendered his resignation from the post of Non-Executive Director (Nominee Director) with effect from closing business hours of October 21, 2024. Accordingly, he ceases to be a director on the Board of the Company and the copy of the resignation letter is enclosed herewith.
Consequent to his resignation, the composition of the Board and its Committees continues to be in compliance with the requirement of the applicable laws.

RESIGNATION LETTER
Re: The Board of Directors Brainbees Solutions Limited
Effective as of the date hereof, the undersigned hereby resigns from any and all positions they may hold as an appointed and/or elected director of Brainbees Solutions Limited (the “Company”), including any position held on any committees of the Board of Directors. Such resignation is effective without need for acceptance or further action by the Company.
Regrettably, SoftBank’s internal compliance policies require that I resign and no longer hold the position of board director given FirstCry is now a public company. It has been a tremendous privilege to serve as a director on FirstCry’s board since SoftBank’s investment. I believe today, just as I did when SoftBank first invested, that the best days for FirstCry still lie ahead.
