Pursuant to section 11.2 of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations (" NI 51- 102" ), the Company hereby gives notice that as at market open on January 27, 2021 (Toronto time), the common shares of the Company began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the current trading symbol of "BRAG". Accordingly, the common shares of the Company were voluntarily delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange and the Company ceased to be a "venture issuer" as defined in NI 51-102.
