Additional Listing

Braemar Shipping Services plc announces that a block listing application has been made for 230,000 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Shares') to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. These Shares will be issued upon the exercise of options granted under the Braemar Shipping Services plc 2003 Savings Related Share Option Scheme ('Scheme').

The new Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue and will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Scheme. The block listing is expected to become effective at 0800 on 2 February 2015.
