PDMR interest in shares

Braemar announces that on 18 July 2016 it granted share awards under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan.

An award of 29,412 Company shares was made to James Gundy, a PDMR. This relates to his annual bonus payments in respect of the 2015/2016 financial year, of which a portion was deferred into Company shares which vest in three years from the date of grant. Further details of the Deferred Bonus Plan are contained in Braemar's Annual Report 2016.
