Director/PDMR Shareholding

Braemar Shipping Services PLC (LSE: BMS), a leading international provider of knowledge and skills-based services to the shipping, marine, energy, offshore and insurance industries, announces that, on 17 June 2016, the Company's Remuneration Committee granted awards over a total of 134,301 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to certain PDMRs of the Company, as follows:

These awards have been made at nil cost, will vest over a period of three years and are subject to certain performance criteria based on the Company's earnings per share and underlying operating profit performance over a three year period.
