Director's Interests

Braemar announces that on 2 June 2015, James Kidwell, Chief Executive of the Company, acquired 3,321 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 271 pence per Ordinary Share following the maturing of a Save As You Earn Scheme.

In addition, on 2 July 2015, the trustee of the Employee Share Option Plan ("ESOP") transferred 31,541 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") under the 2012 Deferred Bonus Plan to James Kidwell. James Kidwell elected to have 14,193 Shares withheld by the ESOP in order to satisfy tax liabilities arising on vesting of this award and gifted the remaining 17,348 Shares to his adult children for nil consideration.

Accordingly, Mr Kidwell now has a beneficial interest in 114,625 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
