Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that its Executive Chairman, Ronald Series, has today been appointed as a non-executive director of AqualisBraemar ASA, a company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange (OSE:AQUA).  Following the combination of Braemar Technical Services and AqualisBraemar ASA that completed in June 2019, the Company currently holds a 27.32 per cent stake in AqualisBraemar ASA.
