Appointment of Company Secretary

Braemar Shipping Services PLC announces that Alex Vane has been appointed as Braemar's Company Secretary with immediate effect. This will be in addition to his current role as Financial Controller for the Group.  Alex succeeds Martin Beer, in this role, who is leaving the Group at the conclusion of today's AGM.
