On February 18, 2021, Brady Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fiscal 2021 second quarter financial results. A copy of the press release is being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
