Disclosure of transparency notifications

(Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies)

bpost discloses notifications of significant shareholdings that it has received from BlackRock, Inc (and affiliates) in accordance with the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies.

1. Summary of the notifications

In a first notification, dated July 7, 2017, BlackRock, Inc., also on behalf of its subsidiaries set forth in the notification, notified that, following an acquisition of bpost voting securities or bpost voting rights, it increased its holding and crossed the 3% threshold of voting rights in bpost SA de droit public ("bpost") on July 6, 2017.

On July 6, 2017, BlackRock, Inc., taking into account the subsidiaries set forth in the notification, held 3,08% of the voting rights of bpost.

In a second notification, dated July 11, 2017, BlackRock, Inc., also on behalf of its subsidiaries set forth in the notification, notified that, following a disposal of bpost voting securities or bpost voting rights, it decreased its holding and crossed downward the 3% threshold of voting rights in bpost on July 10, 2017.
