bpost publie 2 notifications reçues de BlackRock, Inc. (et sociétés liées) en vertu de la loi belge du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publication des participations importantes dans les sociétés cotées.
Dans une première notification datée du 24 juillet 2017, BlackRock, Inc., agissant également au nom des entreprises contrôlées par elle tel qu'exposé dans la notification, a notifié que, suite à une acquisition de titres conférant le droit de vote ou de droits de vote, sa participation a augmenté et elle a franchi vers le haut le seuil de 3 % des droits de vote de bpost SA de droit public (« bpost ») le 19 juillet 2017.
En date du 19 juillet 2017, BlackRock, Inc., en tenant compte des entreprises contrôlées par elle, détenait une participation représentant 3,03% des droit de vote dans bpost.
Seuil franchi : 3%
L'article 13 des statuts de bpost prévoit ce qui suit sur la déclaration des participations importantes : "En ce qui concerne l'application du Titre II de la Loi du 2 mai 2007 relative à la publicité des participations importantes dans des émetteurs dont les actions sont admises à la négociation sur un marché réglementé et portant des dispositions diverses et l'arrêté royal du 14 février 2008 relatif à la publicité des participations importantes, les seuils de détention successifs applicables sont fixés à 3 %, 5 % et tout multiple de 5 %."
