Board of Directors Candidates

Jos DONVIL

Jos Donvil is a Belgian citizen. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of BASE Company (now Telenet Group) and is currently the Chief Executive Officer (Executive Vice President) of VOO. He has extensive experience in telecom, digital and retail in a local and international context.

From 1995 to 2006, Jos gained experience at Kraft Foods, as General Sales Director Belux, Director International Sales Strategy and Director Global Customers.

At BASE Company, Jos was Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2011, and Chief Executive Officer from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, he became Chief Executive Officer of VOO, a company active in telecommunications.

Thomas HÜBNER

Thomas Hübner is a Swiss national. He has an in-depth knowledge of end-to-end retail operations. He is currently working as an independent consultant and board member.

Thomas was Chief Operating Officer at McDonald's in Switzerland from 1988 to 1990 and was responsible for McDonald's in the Czech Republic and Slovakia from 1990 to 1995. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Prodega AG (CH) from 1996 to 2000. At Metro Cash & Carry International GmbH, he was Chief Operating Officer for Eastern Europe and Russia from 2000 to 2002, and Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2008. From 2011 to 2013, he was a member of the executive board at Carrefour, where his responsibilities included an increased focus on the international franchising and joint-venture business in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Thomas currently holds non-executive board mandates at the listed companies Geberit International AG (he is also a member of the Audit Committee) and B&M European Value Retail (he is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee). He chairs the board of Burger King SEE S.A. (Belgium) and is also a member of the Advisory Board at VR Equitypartner GmbH.

Philly TEIXEIRA

Philly Teixeira is a Canadian and Portuguese citizen. She has extensive international experience in logistics, parcels and digital developments. Today, she is President for Europe, Middle East and Africa at INTTRA, the largest neutral electronic transaction platform and information provider for the ocean shipping industry.

She has lived in several countries leading regional, corporate and global roles. From 1991 to 2011, Philly held leadership and executive positions within FedEx covering Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. In 2011, she further expanded her experience by joining CMA-CGM as Vice President Marketing, Global Sales and e-Business and in 2013 joined Maersk in a corporate role leading the Key Clients program globally.

Saskia VAN UFFELEN

Saskia Van Uffelen is a Belgian citizen. She is a highly visible and respected ICT executive in Belgium and an experienced leader of transformation and innovation processes. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of Bull Belux and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Ericsson Belux.

From 1990 to 2005, Saskia held different management roles at Compaq and HP. As HP Country Manager Belux for Personal Systems Group, she managed the HP-Compaq merger. In 2005, she joined Arinso as Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe. She joined Bull Belux as Chief Executive Officer in 2008, where she led a turnaround, and moved to Ericsson Belux in 2014.

Saskia was named ICT Woman of the year in 2011 and worked extensively with the European Commissioner on the Digital Agenda for Europe as Digital Champion. She is a regular speaker on leadership and change management events.
