Sub: Board Meeting for considering the Renewal of Working Capital Limits with UBI
We write to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 11th May 2022, at the corporate office of the company through video-conferencing mode, to consider the following transaction:
- To consider and approve renewal of the Working Capital Limits with Union Bank of India.
It may also advise that in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention and Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company has already been closed w.e.f. 1st April 2022 till expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2022.
