Sub: Board Meeting for approving the Standalone un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter (03) ended 31.12.2020
We write to inform you, pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 11th February, 2021, at the corporate office of the company through video-conferencing mode, inter-alia to consider and approve the Standalone unaudited Financial Results for Q3 ended 31st December, 2020.
Please be also advised that in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention and Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company has already been closed w.e.f. 1st January, 2021 till expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Third quarter.
