We write to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 12th November 2021, at the corporate office of the company through video-conferencing mode, to consider the following transactions:
- 51. Approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the Second quarter (Q2) ended 30th September 2021

- Consideration to approve the taking back Equity Shares of BEVPL from ERPL
Please be also advised that in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention and Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company hasalready been closed w.e.f. 1st October, 2021 till expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Second quarter.
