Sub : Clarification on the announcement submitted

The Annual Operating Plan included addition of double and multi-layer PCB manufacturing during the coming financial year. During 2021-22, a small investment is planned. However, we will revert with complete data as desired by you when the Capital Expenditure issue is taken up by the board.

The existing capacity is to only to manufacturing of single side PCB.
