Sub: Board Meeting for approving the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended 31.12.2019
We write to inform you, pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 6th February, 2020, inter-alia to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2019.
As intimated to you earlier, we also would like to intimate you that as per the Companies Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has already been closed and it will remain closed till 8th February 2020.
A notice of the said Board Meeting will also be published in English and Malayalam language newspapers, accordingly.
