We write to inform you, pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 29[th] June, 2020 , at 12.30 p.m. at corporate office of the company through video-conferencing mode, inter-alia to consider and approve the Standalone audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2020.

Please be also advised that in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention and Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company has already been closed w.e.f. 15th April, 2020 and shall reopen on 2nd July, 2020.
