Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended by SEBI ( Prohibition of SESI Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 read with BSE Circular LIST/COMP1I01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in Company's Shares shall remain closed for Designated Persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relative from Thursday, 1[st] October 2020, till expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter( Q2 ) and half year ended 30[th] September, 2020.
