Sub: Re-scheduling of Board Meeting for approving the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30.09.2019
We write to inform you, pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby notify you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been re-scheduled and it will be held on Wednesday, 13th November, 2019, inter-alia to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2019.
We also would like to intimate you that as per the Companies Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed from 2nd November, 2019 up to forty eight hours after announcement of financial results.
A notice of the said Board Meeting will also be published in English and Malayalam language newspapers, accordingly.
