Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held viz. Monday, August 12, 2024, inter alia, approved the appointment of Mrs. Divya Bharadwaj as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. She will take over as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) in the month of August 2024 onwards.

Details with respect to the above changes as required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoDI/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are provided in the Annexure to this letter.
