• 1. Authorisation of Key Managerial Personnel as per regulation 30(5).
• 1. Any other matter as permitted by the chair.

It may also advise that in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention and Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company has already been closed w.e.f. 1st April 2023 till expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2023.
